New Product Return Policy




This return policy pertains only to NEW, UNUSED Products purchased directly from Apricorn or by a customer (“Customer”). For Apricorn Products purchased from an authorized reseller, please contact that reseller directly for their return policy. Customized, damaged, altered or used products are not eligible for returns.

To return a new, unused product to Apricorn, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) submission form must first be completed and submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt of the originally purchased Apricorn Product. Once the return is authorized by Apricorn, a Customer must:

  1. Return the original product in its original condition, in its original packaging, with all the package’s original contents, which must then be packed into a larger shipping package with adequate padding.
  2. Clearly mark the issued RMA number on the shipping package above the ship-to address.

All returned products must be received at Apricorn within 30 days of its RMA issuance. All shipping costs for returning products to Apricorn are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Returned products not in compliance with the above requirements will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the Customer. When Apricorn receives a properly returned Product, a refund will be issued based on the original method of payment.
