| Very Reliable and Easy to Use Backup Drive! |
We have an EZ Bus DT and simply love it. It is by far the best backup drive we have owned. We tried another major brand and had problems with Write Errors. The Easy Bus DT has had no such problems. We produce virtual tours for hotels and resorts, and while on the road, the EZ Bus DT serves as a backup drive for our image assets.

| As I ran through the steps, I kept thinking, "I must be doing something wrong - this is too easy!" Everything worked perfectly - no errors - and I swapped the old drive out for the new. All in all, the process took 30 minutes - such a deal! |

| iPod Upgrade - A lot easier than I thought |
| The directions were clear and installation was easy. I popped the case open, changed the battery and drive and closed it up in about 10 minutes. Everything works great and it was a lot easier than I thought.

When any of my many external drives fail, I will certainly be making my next purchase from your company, not just because the software is so excellent or the drive so well designed but because this is the third time I have written to your company and received Positive, Friendly Help from people who, by current sad standards, might feel they owe me nothing, years later, as it now is. In contrast, I had purchased a couple of external drives and software from a very old established " big name" company only to find out that they cannot hold a candle to your technology and your clear positive supportive attitude.
